Nadia is a true example of when passion meets drive. She has invested thousands of dollars traveling around the nation to ensure she is continuously learning, training, and connecting with top real estate moguls across the country. In May 2017, Nadia was approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to open Apopka's first NID Housing Counseling Agency. Within the first year, she assisted over one hundred (100) families in keeping their homes by guiding them through loan modifications and pre-foreclosure counseling. Additionally, she has counseled over nine hundred (900) homebuyers through the monthly eight (8) hour homebuyer class required by HUD to receive down payment assistance. Nadia’s experience is extensive; she has either owned or operated several successful businesses. Her commitment to helping others is evident from her previous careers with the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Defense, and the Children’s Home Society of Central Florida.

She remains active in the real estate industry and her community, having served on several boards in various capacities. In 2017, Nadia was a recipient of Bethune-Cookman University's "40 Under Forty" award. Additionally, she was awarded the “20 Under 40” Rising Star in Real Estate Award by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association Young Professionals Network. In 2018, Nadia participated in Leadership Apopka, and in 2023, she was honored with the Apopka Chamber of Commerce’s “Women In Leadership” award. Nadia is deeply involved in giving back to her community, as evidenced by her continuous efforts in donating hundreds of hours of service. She takes great satisfaction in her spirit of “giving from the heart and not for recognition."
